Join us for the inaugural Local Legends Pickleball tournament June 22nd at Louise Moore Park.  We will be hosting multiple events (men's, women's and mixed doubles) in beginner, intermediate and advanced divisions.  Register below.

Local Legends Story

The Local Legends Pickleball Tournament was created to celebrate and honor remarkable individuals within the Lehigh Valley pickleball community.  


This year's honoree is Charles Piazza.   Charles "Charlie" Piazza was a passionate, charismatic friend to many of us who  passed away earlier this year.   All proceeds from this year's tournament will be donated to AstraZeneca Hope Lodge of Philadelphia on his behalf.


The AstraZeneca Hope Lodge of Philadelphia is regarded as one of premier facilities in our area providing completely free care with unmatched support.

Can't make the tourney, but want to donate?

tournament Faq's

Where is the tournament?

  • 151 Country Club Rd, Easton, PA 18045

What time do I need to get there?

  • The tournament starts at 8AM and projected to end at 6PM. 
  • 2 Days prior to tournament, you will receive an email with a more precise start time for your particular division.

Can I play in Mixed and Men's/Womens's Doubles?

  • Yes.  Mixed Doubles will be at a different part of the day so it will not cross over with Men's or Women's Doubles.

Will there be food?

  • Yes.  We will have drinks, snacks and typical bbq items (hamburgers, hot dogs, etc) available for purchase.

Registration Cost

  • $40 per team.
  • Only ONE partner needs to make ONE $40 payment to complete their team's registration each division they plan to play
  • Please let us know your partners name in the checkout notes or send us an email follow up.

Format

  • Double elimination.  
  • Winners Bracket will be best of 3 games to 11
  • Losers Bracket will be single games to 15.

How do I pick what level I should play at?

Beginner Level

You are relatively new to the sport, but have a good understanding of the rules.  You mostly play for fun, but enjoy competing.

Intermediate Level

You've played for at least a year and can compete with pretty much anyone you play with.

Advanced Level

You've played for quite some time, have mastered every shot and are looking to play the absolute best of the best teams available.
